This state of the art technology provides sun tracking across the sky implementing Azimuth and Elevation capability as needed in a product deployment. Solar Panel systems are becoming a very popular feature across the landscape and power everything from homes to remote electronic systems. To get the most energy from them they need to point to the sun at all times. The SolaTrac family of sun trackers are designed to do just that. The PT2302 unit is a low cost, self powered system designed to keep a small panel pointed at the sun all day. It has its own power storage, sensors, and an embedded controller to manage the panel to track the sun during the day and return the panel to face east in the evening ready to capture the early morning light to start the day all over again. The unit is designed to mount to any outdoor vertical or flat surface, pole, wall of a building, roof, etc where there is an unobstructed view of the sun throughout the day.
